Terms of Service

When I Was is operated by ActivLife Hub LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Using the service means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

A voice conversation about your own life, which is also how you learn another language. You talk; it listens, remembers what you told it, and teaches from your own memories.

It is not a translator, a medical service, a legal or financial adviser, or an emergency service. Nothing it says should be relied on as professional advice of any kind.

You sign in with an email address, and you are responsible for the address you use and for anything done through your account. One person per account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

You keep everything you say. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the service for you — remembering your stories and tracking what you are learning is the service, not a side effect of it.

Please do not share other people’s private information, or anything you would not want stored.

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to extract the underlying models or prompts, or to resell access. We may suspend an account being used that way.

This is an early version. It will be unavailable sometimes, it will get things wrong, and features will change. The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, ActivLife Hub LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you have paid in the previous twelve months.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where ActivLife Hub LLC is registered.
